About The POSH Act

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act) mandates every organization to ensure a safe and harassment-free work environment. It emphasizes gender equality, dignity at work, and accountability in handling grievances.

With global campaigns like #MeToo and Time’s Up spotlighting workplace safety, the need for awareness, sensitivity, and compliance has never been greater.

Program Objective:

This Certified Trainers’ Program aims to build a cadre of trained professionals who can effectively conduct POSH awareness sessions and support organizations in compliance and culture-building.
